Sometimes there are emergent circumstances that require an immediate surrendering of a bird or birds. In cases like these, For Birds Foundation will do what is needed to ensure the health and safety of the birds, and we will take the birds with few questions asked. Of course, we prefer to know the name of the bird, age, any illnesses, gender, etc.; however, there are cases when it is not possible to obtain this information. To facilitate an emergency surrender, we will arrange for the birds to either be picked up from your location or dropped off at one of ours with only a simple surrendering agreement being signed.
Below is our short surrendering agreement. Please print out this page, read it, sign it, and either give it to the For Birds Foundation representative when they pick up the bird or when you drop it off.
